All Day Scrapbook Fundraiser!

the Oak Arbor Church Women's Group

Thank you to all our guests and volunteers for a great day full of creativity, fellowship, and good food, all while supporting the Oak Arbor School. Past funds have been used for curriculum support materials, and put into the Oak Arbor School Endowment. This year, our profits will be used for the school operating fund, and a portion will also be given to the Oak Arbor Church Women's Group to support their activities with church families.

General Details: Guests will feel pampered with a large open workspace in a bright and well-lit room. Door prizes are awarded hourly, and each guest will be greeted with a generous goodie bag. "Favorite Thing" moments will occur throughout the day, with small gifts and special offers from the multiple onsite vendors. On-site massages will be available to all our guests.  A big attraction will be the raffle drawing, which will include many album-making supplies plus other items to pamper yourself.

Guests will receive a promotional flier with a list of individuals and businesses who've generously donated to our event.  They'll also receive a schedule and menu for the day, and everyone is invited to other "Events at Oak Arbor".  Click on any of the links above to view the fliers.

Registration: Click here to download the registration form.  We have a limited number of seats, in order to make sure there is enough comfortable space for everyone.  Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Dining: Breakfast refreshments are provided, as well as a full lunch and dinner. The meals are served to you in a separate eating area to protect your workspace. Snacks and beverages are also provided throughout the day. Oak Arbor School students will be on hand to pleasantly "wait" tables for you.

Lunch menu: a delicious variety of homemade soups and salads, bread, and fresh bake cookies.

Dinner menu: chicken piccata (boneless breast of chicken sautéed with artichokes, garlic, wine and capers), pasta primavera (rotini noodles, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and red peppers in a garlic & oil wine sauce), caeser salad, bread rolls, and homemade desserts (brownies, cheesecakes and lemon bars).

Separate eating space is provided

Donations: Are you unable to join us, but would like to make a donation towards this event? Your support is most gratefully received, and will be put towards covering expenses of the event, thus contributing to our earnings! You may also promote your business to all our guests through a raffle donation. Contact the event coordinator if interested.

Oak Arbor School Students volunteer their time to help at the fundraiser.

Raffle: Our raffle drawing will be at 7 PM on the day of the fundraiser.  Tickets will be sold all day, and you do not have to be present to win.  Ticket prices range from $1 per ticket to $20 per ticket, depending on the prize.
