All Day Scrapbook Fundraiser!

9 AM - 9 PM

 

Thank you for another sucessful event! We will look forward to another great day full of creativity, fellowship, and good food, all while supporting the Oak Arbor School.

    • As a first time attender, I have to say I was impressed with your event! Everyone did a wonderful job and I look forward to attending your next event.

    • Thank you for hosting another wonderful day of scrapbooking.  The food is always great and the kids are so polite and helpful,  My favorite day of scrapbooking.  It goes by so fast. Thank you again for a wonderful day.

    • I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR CROP and the kids are amazing. This is one of our favorites.  Please keep up the great work.  It truly was an awesome day from the vendors to the raffle prizes to the food, atmosphere, kids etc. Can't wait until next year.

 

Guests register in our foyer in the morning

General Details: Guests will feel pampered with a large open workspace in a bright and well-lit room. Door prizes are awarded hourly, and each guest will be greeted with a goodie bag. "Favorite Thing" moments will occur throughout the day, with small gifts and special offers from the multiple onsite vendors. On-site massages will be available to all our guests.  A big attraction will be the raffle drawing, which will include many album-making supplies plus other items to pamper yourself. We'll have a massage therapist on hand to give our guests a relaxing break during the afternoon.   

Our Social Hall is spacious with comfortable chairs, and lots of natural light from windows

on both sides.

Registration: Registration will begin about 2 months before the event. Click here to email the coordinator and have your name added to the distribution list.

Dining: Coffee (donated by Starbucks) and morning refreshments are provided when you arrive, as well as a full lunch (home-made soups and salads) and dinner (provided by Victoria's) later in the day. The meals are served in a separate eating area to protect your workspace. Snacks and beverages are also provided throughout the day. Oak Arbor School students will be on hand to pleasantly "wait" tables for you.

Donations: Are you unable to join us, but would like to promote your business to all our guests through a raffle donation? Contact the event coordinator if interested.

Raffle: Our raffle drawing will be at 7 PM on the day of the fundraiser.  Tickets will be sold all day, and you do not have to be present to win.  Ticket prices range from $1 per ticket to $10 per ticket, depending on the prize.

   

Students deliver hourly door prizes to our guests, and our raffle table is filled with lots of

exciting prizes!
