Dates & Times
The 2007 program ran from September 23rd through November 11th. Due to the success of the Journey Programs in 2006 and 2007, plans are already in the works for a Journey Program in 2008.
What a Journey Program involves:
The Journey is a spiritual growth program designed
to serve people who want to take a meaningful and
positive step in personal and spiritual growth. It
is an interactive program that creates pportunities
for individual study, building friendships, finding
support, and becoming more connected to a
spiritual community.
There are three core components to this program:
individual study, small group participation, and
Sunday worship. The purpose of the program is to
help people make progress on their journey in the
context of a supportive and welcoming environment.
You can participate at whatever level you prefer,
absorbing new ideas through listening and reading,
or contributing your own thoughts and reflections
during discussion times.
By participating in this program you will be creating
a space to grow personally, discovering areas in your
life that hold you back, and finding new tools for
breaking free from old habits. Participation also creates
an opportunity to find and build friendships that
support you in your life and on your spiritual path.
